April Warrior Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to John Angus who is the Liberty Mutual February Athlete of the Month!
   
John, a senior warrior this year, was a force to reckon with on the lacrosse, soccer and basketball teams. In lacrosse this year he was one of the top scorers on the team which had its best year since becoming a varsity sport.
    The award is given to in-season athletes who have demonstrated scholastic and leadership ability as well as community involvement and athletic achievement.
    Coaches nominate athletes each month. Winners are recognized on a perpetual plaque in the school and receive a plaque of their own as well as a $50 gift certificate to Olympia Sports.  


Next meeting date
 The next Booster club meeting is August 5 at 7 p.m. in the Student Resource Room at WHS.
